A shop is an exclusive webpage that Automotoz offers the registered seller where the user may organize their listings as they please. Content uploaded to these pages must comply with all platform rules mentioned above and below. Automotoz reserves the right to remove or modify shop content that violates policies.
Legal
If required by law, Automotoz (Pvt) Ltd has the right to cooperate with regulatory authorities. This may include sharing user information such as IP data, account activity, or identity details in cases involving legal violations or misuse of the platform
Limitation of Liability
Automotoz shall not be held responsible for:
• Typographical errors in the website
• User-generated content
• Transaction disputes between users
• Technical errors or service interruptions
• Losses arising from reliance on platform information
Use of Automotoz is entirely at the user’s own risk.
Indemnity
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Automotoz (Pvt) Ltd and all related affiliates and all other agents related to the company unless decided otherwise by the management, unaccountable from any claims, losses, damages, legal costs, or liabilities arising from misuse of the platform or violation of this agreement.
Revising of the Terms and Conditions
Automotoz (Pvt) Ltd retains all legal and absolute right to revise these terms periodically. The continued use of the Autmotoz website and all other services related will constitute as the user’s acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Automotoz (Pvt) Ltd and its website and all agreements related to it are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
